how to grow mushrooms

I’m still in my research phase of mushroom growing and wanted to share a great book that I’ve found: “Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms” by Paul Stamets.  The internet is great, but sometimes I like a good old fashioned book.  I can keep it right next to my mushroom growing kit and flip through the pages if I have any questions.  The author gives simple directions, and it has tons of pictures – which I love.  If I ever get confused about the difference between a shiitake and an oyster mushrooms, I can look it up here.  This is a must have for anyone who wants to learn how to grow mushrooms.
