I finally ordered a Portabella Mushroom Growing Kit from Amazon.com.  I can’t wait until it arrives.  I feel like a little kid waiting for the tooth fairy to come!  The warm spring weather we’ve been having reminded me of grilling prtabellas on the bbq, so I decided to search for portabella mushroom recipies.  I came across the traditional grilling recipes, but the most interesting recipie I found was for Stuffed Creamy Portabella Mushrooms.  This may not be the healthiest mushroom dish, but it sure sounds like a good treat!  If you happen to try it out before I do, let me know your thoughts.

Hehe, no it is not the healthiest, but it was really good. Next time I will use less butter and cheese cream or use something else altogether. We need this kind of treats every once in a while, right? :-p
