This is a great book for the beginner or the expert. The pictures really help in identifying differnt types. Good suggestion

Hehe, no it is not the healthiest, but it was really good. Next time I will use less butter and cheese cream or use something else altogether. We need this kind of treats every once in a while, right? :-p

I never knew that there was so much information out there on growing your own mushrooms. Who would have thought that starting a project like this could be so easy.
